Role Mission
Provide operational and analytical support to the Iberia Controller in managing the financial aspects of the business, contributing to the achievement of financial plans and accurate reporting, under the direct supervision of the Iberian Finance Director.
Key Responsabilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and variance analysis against budget and prior year.
- Collaborate with internal accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.
- Support the management and monitoring of forecasts and investment budgets by gathering information from relevant departments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control policies and support coordination with external auditors.
- Perform basic financial risk and opportunity analysis to aid decision-making.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and financial analysis tasks under supervision, ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Utilize digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office and SAP for data management and reporting.
