About the Role

Within the Carolina Herrera Makeup team, we are looking for an Image & 360 Graduate to support the development and execution of global image campaigns and 360° brand activations. Reporting to the Image & 360 Manager, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across creative development, campaign production, project management, and cross-functional collaboration within a global luxury beauty brand.

The candidate will contribute to bringing the brand's visual identity to life across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistency, excellence, and innovation throughout the campaign journey.

What you'll get to do

Creative Development & Brand Image

  • Support the development of creative concepts for global image campaigns and 360° activations.
  • Conduct visual research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking across the beauty industry
  • Create and maintain moodboards, creative references, presentations, and campaign toolkits.
  • Assist in identifying new creative talents, photographers, artists, agencies, and emerging cultural trends.
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, content development, and workflow optimization.

 

Campaign Production & Project Management

  • Support the coordination of image campaigns from briefing and pre-production through post-production and asset delivery.
  • Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, production companies, photographers, and creative suppliers.
  • Help track budgets, purchase orders, supplier invoices, and talent usage rights.
  • Ensure all campaign assets are properly organized, archived, and accessible.

 

360° Campaign Execution

  • Support the adaptation and rollout of campaign assets across multiple channels, including retail, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and PR.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide project coordination support throughout campaign development and launch phases.

 

Team Support & Operations

  • Support sample management for shoots, presentations, and key business meetings.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal reviews and strategic meetings.
  • Help monitor project status and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
  • Provide general operational support to the Image & 360 team when required.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Recent graduate or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Design, Art Direction, Creative Industries, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in luxury beauty, fashion, image creation, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset combined with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Strong visual sensitivity and understanding of luxury brand aesthetics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel required).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign. Premiere & After FX are a plus.
  • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
