The Opportunity
Carolina Herrera Beauty is looking for a culturally connected and beauty-obsessed Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms Graduate to join the Global Communications & Advocacy team at HQ.
Supporting the Global Advocacy Executive, Herrera Beauty Comms Executive, and the Global Advocacy & Herrera Beauty Comms Manager, this role will contribute to the day-to-day execution of communications, content and influencer marketing initiatives across fragrance and makeup.
What you'll get to do
You will play a key role in supporting the team across:
Advocacy & Influencer Support
- Support advocacy campaign and communities coordination, global seeding, content tracking and reporting.
- Assist in identifying emerging creators, tastemakers, and culturally relevant talent across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment.
- Monitor social media trends, viral conversations, and consumer behaviours to help identify opportunities for the brand.
- Help manage advocacy tools, databases, and dashboards.
Content & Cultural Relevance
- Stay constantly connected to the evolving social media landscape across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Bring fresh ideas and culturally relevant inspiration to launch activations.
- Support the amplification of UGC, creator content, and earned-first storytelling.
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking and trend research across beauty, fashion, luxury, and pop culture.
Herrera Beauty Communications Support
- Assist in the coordination and execution of global PR, communications, content and influencer marketing strategies.
- Support the development of press materials, launch toolkits and presentations.
- Help monitor global press coverage, social buzz, and A&I performance.
- Coordinate sample send-outs, gifting, and global seeding logistics.
- Support the organization and execution of global events and local activations.

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and digitally savvy beauty enthusiast who is eager to grow within the world of luxury beauty communications and advocacy.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in PR, communications or influencer within beauty, fashion, or luxury industries.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, creator culture, Millenial/Gen Z behaviours, and emerging digital trends.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Curious, creative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced global environment.
