The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Training Manager Oceania, the Puig Trainer will have a passion for sharing knowledge and building communities to success.

 

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organisational, communication and presentation skills, a knowledge of the retail space and the ability and desire to think outside the box to help disrupt the category to drive sellout and consumer loyalty across multiple channels. This role will need to be comfortable in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

What you'll get to do

  • Training and coaching needs for NSW, ACT and QLD across all channels
  • Manage execution of Welcome to Puig
  • In field coaching and developing prestige BA’s for rabanne, CH , JPG and Penhaligon's back wall business, based on the needs of the business.
  • In field support for Penhaligon’s Fragrance Consultants
  • Coaching of new recruits (both prestige and Penhaligon’s) before they attend Welcome to Puig/induction
  • Responsible for the NSW, ACT & QLD journey planner
  • Support in development and execution of CIA, Conference, Inspire, CM training. Responsible for execution of Brand Training (Canvas in Action) in NSW and QLD.
  • Support budget tracking
  • Sharing insights from infield with team for actionable outcomes
  • BE APP – oversee the content on the Puig Global Retail App for local market.
  • Admin support
  • Uniform support
  • Outpost and new launch support in the field

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Always looking outside, the box, curious to learn and try new things
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confidence in communicating stories and emotions in a retail space to engage a consultant or consumer.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Awareness of multi-media platforms and education trends in the industry
  • Experience in in-field coaching.

 

Education: Degree or Diploma in Business, or Cert IV in Training and Assessment preferrable but not essential.

 

Languages: English
