The opportunity
Responsible for the execution of marketing strategy and promotional events for Beauty & Fashion division (Fragrances & Makeup) within the Point of Sale to capitalize growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
About the role
- Contribute to the Marketing Plan elaboration and complete execution in the Point of Sale.
- Execution of business strategies in the Point of Sale to capitalize on growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks per client.
- Define common measurement standards to assure appropriate allocation of resources.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and industry developments, applying relevant insights to marketing area initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between brand strategy and commercial strategy, facilitating effective implementation and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Implement impactful 360-degree marketing executions to engage consumers, drive sales, and achieve objectives related to market share, net revenues, and profitability.
- Coordinate and negotiate with sales, retail, education and operations teams and retailers to align marketing plans, events in the Point of Sale.
- Analyze sell-in, sell-out & VMS results to propose specific actions.
- Analyze the performance of assigned brands, identifying areas for improvement in the Point of Sales.

Experience: +4 years of experience in beauty marketing or trade marketing (special events).
Education: Marketing, Enterprises Management or similar.
