The Opportunity
Support the design and development of data products, analytics solutions and AI use cases within the Operations domain, contributing hands-on to Data & AI delivery for process, supply, manufacturing or operational contexts. The role is designed as a high-potential early-career position that combines data development, analytics and growing AI exposure, allowing the candidate to evolve into a strong domain builder for operational Data & AI products.
What you'll get to do
Strategy & Roadmap
- Support the evolution of the Operations Data & AI domain through data and AI solutions.
- Contribute to reusable datasets and products for forecasting, automation and process optimization.
- Develop understanding of operations processes and business needs.
Delivery & Execution
- Build and maintain datasets, pipelines and transformations in cloud environments, mainly BigQuery.
- Support the delivery of data products, dashboards and AI solutions.
- Prepare data for forecasting, optimization and AI use cases.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and well documented.
Governance & Compliance
- Apply data quality, governance, privacy and traceability standards.
- Follow architecture, documentation and monitoring requirements.
- Support responsible and reliable use of AI solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Operations stakeholders and cross-functional data teams.
- Translate business needs into practical data and AI solutions.
Team Contribution
- Contribute actively within the domain squad.
- Share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
- Develop expertise in Data, Analytics and AI for Operations.
We'd love to meet you if you have
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1-4 years in Data, Analytics, AI, software development or related areas.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, ideally Google Cloud and BigQuery.
- Exposure to AI, analytics or machine learning use cases.
- Experience in operations, manufacturing or process optimization is a plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong SQL and basic to intermediate Python.
- Experience with Google Cloud tools, especially BigQuery.
- Knowledge of data preparation, transformation and analytics datasets.
- Interest in AI, ML and GenAI.
- Understanding of data governance, documentation and monitoring.
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or related fields.
- Google Cloud, Data or AI certifications are a plus.
- Additional training in analytics, AI, Python or cloud technologies is valued.
