The Opportunity


The Mission of the Commercial Field Supervior is to ensure the execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient BR team, POS management, Training, and Sales Administration of assigned accounts, while providing information to the manager for optimal account management and active discovering and communication of opportunities in the area.

What you'll get to do

Team

  • Define min/ max, ensure sufficient stock level at all times and alert manager.
  • Collect monthly sell-out feedback for BR-doors.
  • New BR/BC’s Recruitment & Welcoming, Onboarding, Pre-Training.
  • Shift review & monitor BR invoices, sickness, holidays.
  • Define personal performance objectives & appraisal meetings (in cooperation with Retailer).
  • Monitor competitor activity.
  • Enforce team building / team belonging / BR motivation.
  • Ensure transmitting business strategies to BR teams.
  • Check BR grooming.
  • Training and Motivation of permanent BR/BCs.
  • Flash Training.
  • 1:1 Coaching to improve their skills.
  • Training & motivation of temporary BC’s (prior to animations) and animation-kick-off.
  • Provision of training tools with HQ.
  • Report any POS/Airport.
  • Conduct regular store visits (agenda, visit requests, preparation, reporting & follow-up).
  • POS material, showcard, decoration, visual exchange, GWP..
  • Tracking of competition, prices, permanent spaces.
  • Furniture status & maintenance reports.
  • Implement, but adapt in-store merchandising guidelines (reflecting Sell-Out needs).
  • Check 2nd placements special discount/seasonal/TR Sets positions.
  • Animation request according to deadlines.
  • Implementation of promotion procedures.
  • Execution & follow-up.
  • Communication of targets/assortments, gift-mechanism to the BR.
  • Feedback report (pictures & qualitative input).
  • Contacting hostess agencies for extra staff & monitor BC Budget.
  • Organization of incentive activities.
  • Execution of sales support activities & follow up (recruitment, etc.).
  • Monthly Competition report tracking.

Launches/ Assortment

  • Ensure assortment is matching the door needs.
  • Track pricing  of top-selling items in the local market vs travel retail and report any discrepancies to manager.
  • Propose Strategies for Discontinued or old products to be phased-out (not available anymore).
  • Regular exchange and update with KAM & MKTG teams on business happenings/feedback.
  • Correct price implementation.
  • Communication of marketing plan / guidelines / product availabilities to BR.
  • Contribute to Forecasting (CPS) process.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:

  • Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, retail, or related functions focused on driving sales, building brand awareness, and enhancing the consumer experience.
  • Previous experience in Luxury is a plus.
  • Previous experience Travel Retail is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Avolta and/or other Local Retailers is a plus.

Education:
•    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar discipline.

Languages:
Proficient in Portuguese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Excel and Powerpoint (medium, or advanced level) is a must.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relations skills.
  • High Organization, Time Management and Priority Setting Skills.
  • Multicultural sensitivity/awareness to maintain positive relations with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Creative, resourceful and goal oriented.
  • Ability to manage a team by setting SMART objectives, provide feedback and coach individuals for development.
  • Able to travel (30-40% of the time) in Brazil and occasionally worldwide. This role requires occasional business travel to our U.S. headquarters.
