The Opportunity

As a Graduate Distributor Coordination & Launch Operations, you will support the successful execution of the Lifestyle Distributor Hub launches by coordinating marketing and trade planning, demand planning alignment, operational follow-up, and launch performance tracking across markets, brands, retailers, and distributors. Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration and seamless launch execution while contributing to business performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll get to do

1. Launch planning and execution tracking
Support the preparation and follow-up of launch plans across markets, brands, retailers, and distributors, ensuring key milestones, timings, responsibilities, and risks are clearly tracked and shared with the relevant stakeholders.

2. Marketing and trade activation support
Coordinate the collection, consolidation, and follow-up of marketing and trade activation plans, including launch calendars, retailer activations, visibility plans, sampling needs, promotional support, and local execution requirements.

3. Demand planning and operational follow-up
Support alignment between markets, distributors, demand planning, supply, and customer service teams to help secure launch readiness, monitor forecasts, identify potential operational gaps, and follow up on key actions needed to ensure timely execution.

4. Performance tracking and reporting
Maintain clear trackers and dashboards to monitor launch progress, activation status, shipment follow-up, in-market execution, and key performance updates, helping the team identify priorities, risks, and required decisions.

5. Distributor and market prospection
Support the LFS Distributor Global Director in identifying and evaluating new market opportunities and potential distributors across the EMEA region.

6. Business planning and administrative support
Contribute to the preparation of business reviews, distributor follow-ups, internal presentations, meeting recaps, action plans, and ad hoc analyses required to support the LFS Hub’s operational and commercial priorities.

This role is designed for a structured and proactive graduate with strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills, able to support multiple workstreams across business planning, marketing activation, trade execution, and supply alignment.

  • Recent graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in international business, distributors management, and retail execution
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high exposure to multiple markets
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to consolidate data into clear trackers and follow-ups
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and stakeholders in parallel
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external distributors
  • Strong Excel skills (data consolidation, trackers, basic analysis) and good command of PowerPoint and Office tools
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, German, etc.) are a strong asset
