As part of the Carolina Herrera Global Shopper Experience & Education department, you will actively contribute to shaping how our consumers connect with the brand across the globe. This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in retail and beauty, contributing to the design and execution of our shopper experience strategy.

What you'll get to do

Brand Strategy

  • Participate in the development of creative and immersive customer experiences for both permanent and temporary retail spaces, collaborating on concepts, briefs, and execution with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Propose innovative tools and methods to elevate consumer engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Support the creation and refinement of the Shopper Experience Toolkit, a global reference for local teams to deliver a consistent and premium brand experience.
  • Analyze the impact of shopper experience initiatives on brand image and business performance.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of trends in customer engagement and experiential retail.

Go to Market

  • Act as the point of contact for markets to implement specific activations at retail locations.
  • Provide support and guidance to local teams, ensuring high-quality implementation that reflect the brand's values and aesthetics.
  • Being a support for the Global Shopper Experience & Education Seminar and trainings.

 

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Experience: A first experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
  • Education: Business School, Design School, Art School, or University, with a specialization in marketing, communications or design.
  • Languages: Excellent communicator in English and good command of Spanish – both verbal & written; French is a plus.
  • Hands-on global experience with a beauty brand.
  • Opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a collaborative, international environment.
  • A chance to develop your skills in brand strategy, customer experience design, and retail activation.
  • Exposure to cross-functional projects involving marketing, design, retail, and education.
