The Opportunity

We are looking for an analytical and business-minded professional to join our Nordic affiliate based in Stockholm. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially starting with a six-month probation period, with a planned start date as soon as posible.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end demand planning process while delivering clear and actionable sales analytics that guide both strategic and operational decisions. You will take ownership of forecasting models, consolidate and interpret market trends, and support effective promotional and stock planning across regions. With your expertise in data analysis, forecasting tools, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help strengthen alignment between Commercial, Marketing, Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance — playing a key role in driving consistency, productivity, and growth across our markets.

What you'll get to do

Demand Planning & S&OP

  • Lead the monthly demand planning cycle for assigned brands and markets, including creation and maintenance of rolling forecasts (12–24 months).
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and reduce bias through cross-functional alignment and root cause analysis of deviations.
  • Provide inputs to the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) and participate in the local S&OP cycle, including preparation of demand reviews and contribution to consensus meetings.
  • Track in-month sales vs forecast and adjust accordingly in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Support the forecast of new product launches and promotional items, based on business innovation plans.
  • Monitor distributor stock levels and manage allocations on critical items where needed.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial, Retail and Supply Chain teams to align demand with inventory availability and manage blocked orders when applicable.

Sales Intelligence & Business Analysis

  • Consolidate and analyze sales data (sell-in/sell-out) across markets, brands, and key accounts to identify trends and performance gaps.
  • Manage and maintain regular sales reporting dashboards and tools.
  • Support sales teams with commercial insights ahead of negotiations and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with external data partners to ensure timely, accurate sales data consolidation.
  • Participate in business intelligence and data visualization initiatives (e.g., Power BI), supporting automation and improved decision-making.
  • Conduct ad hoc market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and product lifecycle management.
  • Present key findings in business forums and support internal stakeholders with actionable insights.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Competencies & Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
