The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, Niche the role is for the daily coordination of all activities related to the development and execution of the sales, marketing and projects for the Puig portfolio of niche brands in Australia and New Zealand.
Brands: Penhaligon’s, Byredo, Dries Van Noten, Christian Louboutin Beauty
What you'll get to do
- Assist with the implementation of the marketing program in Australia and New Zealand
- Implement and maintain marketing calendars, grids and templates and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Monitor sell through of new products and promotions
- Assist in the preparation of global reports, retail sales, post campaign and competitor analysis
- Assist in the preparation of strategy documents and presentations to retailers and sales teams
- Prepare and distribute launch operational guides and POSM allocations
- Coordinate and ordering of marketing assets via global portal and share with local partners (Media, PR, Retailers)
- Monitor retailer websites and manage updates of new product launches and campaign assets
- SKU management following global portal process, update of master price lists and order forms
- Coordinate invoicing and purchase orders, assist in expense tracking
- Liaise with sales team collating feedback on products and on customer relations
- Manage ad hoc internal orders via customer service team
- Assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting, dollars, SKUs, rankings
- Review sell-out and provide recommendations for retailer top up orders
- Liaise with operations and co-ordinate orders deliveries into store for stock and testers
- Work closely with stores and respond to any OOS for testers, stock, POSM
- Lead and support the planning and execution of brand activations including consumer events, PR events and launches, ensuring the brand is brought to life through engaging and memorable experiences for clients, media and partners.
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager, Niche with go-to-market strategies for new brands
- Support coordination of retailer presentations
- Assist with expansion program across new store openings, design, VM, forecasting VM/POSM elements, coordinating launch planning file with stakeholders, aligning with updates.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 3 years of experience in a Marketing related position, coming from the luxury or FMCG Industry
- Experience working within the relevant channel of distribution
Education: Bachelor or Masters in Marketing/ Business Administration highly regarded
Languages: English
- Passionate about the beauty & fragrance industry
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise demanding workload to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office
