The Opportunity
The Communications & Content Graduate will support the Content Team in the execution of digital campaigns, with a strong focus on pre-production and post-production coordination and content operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to how content is delivered at a luxury beauty and fashion house, supporting teams from briefing through final asset delivery and social media rollout.
What you'll get to do
- Support post-production processes for digital campaigns, including managing retouching notes, feedback rounds, and final asset approvals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (retouchers, production teams, agencies) to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Assist in the organization, version control, and delivery of final content files
- Support the creation of creative briefs and internal decks
- Assist with production logistics, including managing sample and package deliveries, tracking shipments, and handling returns
- Maintain accurate tracking of packages, deliveries, and content-related materials
- Support the planning and upkeep of the social media content calendar
- Assist with social media content coordination and publishing support
- Ensure all content aligns with Carolina Herrera brand standards and timelines
- Assist with the creation of influencer content guidelines
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Media, or a related field
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury, and digital content
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders
- Proactive, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Good communication skills in a professional environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms; basic understanding of content production processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with asset management tools is a plus
