The Opportunity
Your mission as a KAM is to develop and implement the annual business plan — defined in collaboration with Marketing team — by leveraging a deep understanding of commerce per retailer (Top Retailers Account Plan), increasing our brand’s sales and presence per retailer by measuring, monitoring, analyzing, and benchmarking the competitive landscape with a clear understanding of our business objectives and the needs of our retailers.
What you'll get to do
- Design, develop, and implement segmented strategies for clients based on annual plans for retailers.
- Responsible for planning the promotional calendar; ensuring it aligns with promotional strategy objectives and brand guidelines.
- Execute defined strategies according to the retailers.
- Contribute to the creation of the business plan, defining KPIs.
- Establish and maintain commercial partnerships aimed at maximizing brand sales and presence.
- Manage stock levels and inventory restocking on assigned account.
- Execute tactics to efficiently reach target audiences by uploading and maintaining products in client´s systems to ensure accurate cataloging.
- Ensure availability of new launches on the dates agreed with Marketing.
- Manage assortment on all platforms where the brands are present.
- Play an active role in S&OP meetings.
- Monitor performance via dashboards: Drive sell-through of active SKUs (best sellers and SKUs requiring additional support) & oversee inventory control.
- Ensure full catalog visibility.
- Manage and allocate POS materials (GWP & sampling).
- Monitor competitive growth and activity.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 3 – 4 years on Key Account Management, CPFR or in Trade Marketing, Customer Development and Category Management.
- Effective communication, negotiation, planning, numerical analysis & results oriented.
- English skills: Intermediate level.
- Microsoft Excel - Advanced level.
- Power BI - Intermediate level.
