Drive and optimize the e-business performance of independent retailers by ensuring the implementation of annual plans, monitoring digital performance, coordinating partners and ensuring high-quality online execution. Guarantee optimal brand visibility and rigorous data management in a constantly evolving e-business environment.

Key responsibilities

  1. Strategic management & annual plans
  • Design, deploy and monitor annual e-business plans for independent retailers.
  • Implement and track annual plans: SEO / organic search, ratings & consumer reviews, Sampl.
  • Work closely with the E-KAM Manager to prioritize growth levers.

 

  1. Reporting & performance management
  • Produce monthly reports: independent retailer performance, SimilarWeb, Dataseekers, retailer stock levels.
  • Provide traffic reports for the monthly Executive Committee meeting.
  • Identify and propose the necessary corrective actions to accelerate performance.

 

  1. Analysis & competitive monitoring
  • Monitor the overall performance of independent partner websites.
  • Analyze SimilarWeb and KCP data on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of competitors’ digital strategy, visibility and activations.

 

  1. Meeting preparation & business support
  • Prepare presentation materials for recurring meetings: BUM meetings and independent retailer launch meetings.
  • Lead or co-lead meetings dedicated to independent partners.

 

  1. Operational management: CPS / CCF / GWPs
  • Ensure consistency between CCFs and e-retail files, in coordination with Trade.
  • Coordinate the shipment of GWPs and commercial samples (IPXL, Coop).
  • Oversee the proper execution of online offers.

 

  1. Main point of contact
  • Act as the central point of contact for independent retailers on all e-business topics.
  • Manage Adobe-related requests.
  • Ensure follow-up and coordination with Dataseekers & SimilarWeb.

 

  1. E-KAM support & relationship management
  • Monitor the E-KAM digital plan for independent retailers.
  • Recommend additional activations and opportunities within the framework of commercial agreements.
  • Organize regular meetings and maintain a strong working relationship with E-Business counterparts.

 

  1. Grey market monitoring
  • Carry out the monthly purchase and analysis of approximately 10 products as part of grey market monitoring.

Profile

  • A master’s degree (or equivalent) from a business school with a specialization in marketing, digital, or business.
  • Experience in e-retail within the luxury, beauty, or premium consumer goods sectors.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and e-retail strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency with reporting tools, financial rigor, and a strong sense of ROI.
  • Keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and an understanding of the image of luxury brands.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).
