Within the Business Intelligence department in Brussels, you will assist the Business Analyst Manager in her daily work.

Missions (prestige) :

 

Tracking & reporting

  • Sell out: Support with the update & follow-up of the sell out databases and sell-out dashboards of all retailers and assist with the preparation of a sell-out report Benelux in detail.
  • Value market share: Support with the update and follow-up VMS databases of retailers.
  • Stock analysis follow-up: Assist with the update and follow up of the stock level by retailer.
  • Sell out upload: Support with the consolidation of full Benelux sell out (both Prestige and Niche) together with the Niche team.
  • Media review: Update and follow up the media review report.

Revenue growth management

  • P&L: Support with the monthly update of P&L by retailer & KAM support with monthly budget.
  • Trade discounts: Assist with the monthly update and support of Trade Discounts tracker.

Launches and Promotional:

  • Launches: Support with the launch trackers (NS / NR sales analysis) and prepare launch trackers for key launches in top retailers.
  • Sets: Sell in – sell out analysis and yearly preparation of the template for weekly order monitoring and sets planning together with the KAM’s.

Meetings

  • Sell out review: Assist in the preparation of the sell out review presentation and present the main points to the team.
  • Cycle meetings: Support with cycle meeting & adhoc presentations.

Your profile

  • Experience: A first experience as a Business Analyst is a plus
  • Education: Business School or master’s degree in business administration
  • Languages:  French and English required, Dutch is a plus 
  • Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
