The main role of this position is to manage and evolve the Learning Management System (LMS – SuccessFactors), while elevating the use of digital capabilities, data, and analytics across global learning initiatives.

This role goes beyond coordination, ensuring operational excellence in learning deployment while driving data-driven decision-making, reporting, and continuous optimization of the learning ecosystem.

The Digital Learning Operations & Analytics Specialist will act as a key enabler for scaling learning initiatives through system expertise, automation, and advanced reporting.

Tus retos

LMS Management & Optimization:

• Manages and administers the SuccessFactors LMS ensuring system functionality, scalability, and optimal user experience.

• Oversees course lifecycle: configuration, upload, testing, publishing, and maintenance.

• Ensures content is accessible, well-structured, and appropriately categorized.

• Improves LMS structure, taxonomy, and navigation.

• Acts as main point of contact for troubleshooting with IT and providers.

 

Strategic Training Deployment in the LMS:

• Collaborates with instructors and SMEs to implement global learning initiatives.

• Coordinates global scheduling and enrollments.

• Standardizes deployment processes across regions.

• Identifies automation opportunities.

 

Learning Data, Reporting & Analytics:

• Builds dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.

• Analyzes participation, completion, and engagement metrics.

• Translates data into business insights.

• Evolves reporting into advanced analytics.

• Ensures data accuracy and governance.

 

Digital Learning Experience Enhancement:

• Monitors LMS user experience and improves it.

• Supports integration of digital learning solutions.

• Collaborates with learning design teams.

 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Drives process optimization and innovation.

• Introduces new tools and automation.

• Keeps up to date with learning tech trends.
