Business Development & Market Expansion
- Support the definition of the global expansion roadmap in collaboration with markets and the approval new door openings.
- Coordinate the sucessful execution of each opening with:
- Retail & Visual Merchandising team on store design and assortment.
- International Marketing project manager & Communications team on opening plan, events, and launch support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and regional / market stakeholders to drive business growth.
Budget & Sales Forecast
- Oversea regional / market annual budgets and sales forecast, including sell-in and sell-out targets.
- Track sales forecasts with markets to ensure accuracy and identify risks or opportunities.
- Track monthly orders to ensure achievement of budget objectives.
Distribution & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate visibility of the global distribution network, including door count by region, channel, and format.
- Coordinate product launches by ensuring timely shipment, stock availability across markets.
- Review forecasts for the existing product portfolio, working closely with markets and supply to ensure product availability, anticipate supply needs, and identify potential risks.
- Support annual pricing updates for the existing product portfolio in collaboration with regional markets and the pricing team.
- Analyze performance across markets, channels, categroy, providing insights and recommendations to support global business decisions.
- Review and optimize product assortment by door and channel, ensuring alignment with distribution strategy, market needs, and brand objectives.
Amenity Business
- Manage the global amenity business and maintain regular business reviews with the amentiy partner
- Review and approval new hotel opportunites worldwide
- Coordinate all amenity projects, including:
- Optimizing global distribution
- Monitoring progress against agreed priorities and strategic objectives.
- Developing the in-flight program
- Rationalizing the amenity assortment in collaboration with Marketing Development team
Nous serions ravis de vous rencontrer si vous avez
- Coming from a Bac + 4/5 type business school or equivalent university training, you have 3 years of experience in a Business Development or Commercial function in the luxury sector (Fashion and / or Perfumery)
- Fluent in English (French optional)
- With previous exposure to APAC markets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency
- Analytical acumen and attention to detail
- You are dynamic, curious, adaptable and enthusiastic. You are recognized for your ability to work independently
