Key Responsibilities
Overall support in the management of digital solutions to support and improve efficiency of retail execution and staff management including:
- Manage incidents using platforms like ServiceNow and JIRA: from ticket creation to resolution, helping users, IT teams, and development partners.
- Test new features and validate data to guarantee smooth system integrations.
- Participate in defining functional requirements, ensuring feasibility and user adoption.
- Prepare technical documentation and training materials to ensure solution continuity.
- Provide day-to-day support for digital solutions that enhance retail execution.
- Collaborate with technology partners and internal stakeholders using agile methodologies.

Knowledge (Technical Skills)
- Understanding of web applications, databases, and basic programming concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience or interest in agile working methods and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
- Experience or interest in Retail and SAP technologies.
Soft Skills
- Strong team spirit and relationship-building mindset.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
Education
Computer Engineering/Telecommunications University degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages
Spanish and English professional proficiency.
